"Made for me"

This bag bought in a small underground shop in Marathalli

started its journey as a humble carrier of milk/water bottles, diapers, wet wipes, ceregrow, ragi ceri, fruits, spare dresses, first aid medicines etc of baby Sreehari.

With time, it adapted religiously to different ecosystems like local temples and pilgrim places. Gracefully carried prasada packets, mantrakshate, fruits, tulasi & flowers.

Always securing handy food items in it's pockets, never disappointed hungry people.

Carefully it carried cash, jewelry, gifts and return gifts in family functions and social gatherings.

Silently witnessed the school PTMs, pragmatically carried the answer papers and report cards.

Never complained of extra workload. At times, it carried multiple mobiles, walets, watches, goggles of friends & relatives in trips.

Stayed tough in variety of terrains. Withstood the gutsy winds on hill tops, stayed & waited on the sandy shores, remained cool in the scorching heat, remained trustworthy in rains.

Fashions come & go. Colors shine & fade. But the color of this bag has stayed true to eternity. Stitches (of steel!) still strong and sturdy.

A laptop cannot fit into this bag. Otherwise I would have carried this to office also.

It's not vanity bag. It's loyalty bag. It symbolizes physically and philosophically the phrase "Hang on".

"How can you hang on to the same bag for years"... Comments from people brings smile on my face 😊
